RYLBRUN
RYLBRUN FORADUC is a flexible piping system designed for groundwater extraction. Made of polyurethane with a circular polyester textile reinforcement, it comes in two models -- RYLBRUN 10 -- in diameters that include 1", 1 1/4", 1 1/2" and 2", and RYLBRUN 20 -- in diameters that include 2", 3", 4", 5" and 6". RYLBRUN 20 features an electrical cable fastening system incorporated into the piping. An industrial version -- RYLBRUN PROFESSIONAL is described below.
Unlike rigid tubing, RYLBRUN is much easier to handle, deploy and retrieve, significantly reducing the time and cost involved in the installation of submersible pumps. Its benefits include low maintenance, a long service life, and a high resistance to corrosion and scaling. It will significantly reduce energy costs due to low friction loss and more efficient pump operation. RYLBRUN is available in continuous lengths ranging from 660' to 1600' to 3200', with burst pressures ranging from 350 - 850 p.si., depending on diameter. The hose can be coupled with Rylmatic, expansion ring, conical or flange couplings.
With over 10,000 well installations around the world, RYLBRUN FORADUC is a proven alternative to rigid pipes. Designed for both high-flow and low-flow pumps, RYLBRUN meets NSF61 requirements for potable water. Contact Armored Textiles for additional technical information specific to your requirements.
An industrial version -- RYLBRUN PROFESSIONAL -- is also available in 2", 3" and 4" diameter, 660' length, for high flow, non-potable water applications, in pressures ranging from 200 to 500 p.s.i.
